Celebration! Agile4Collaboration recognized as an ‘Epos Success Story 2025’
Great news for our CollectiveUP team, the Agile4Collaboration team and the entire Agile Learning and Self-Directed Education communities!
We are proud to announce that our Erasmus+ project, Agile4Collaboration, has been officially awarded the quality label ‘Success Story 2025’ by Epos vzw.
This is the highest recognition for Erasmus+ projects, granted only to initiatives that achieve an outstanding score of 90% or higher on their final report. The final report presented all the Agile4Collaboration outcomes on impact and deliverables.

A word from the National Agency EPOS
We were deeply moved by the official message we received from the EPOS team. Here is what they had to say:
"Beste Erasmusser, Proficiat! Jullie Erasmus+ project, dat afliep in 2025, was zo goed, dat het een Epos-kwaliteitslabel verdient. Dat kan alleen door jullie harde werk, dagelijkse inzet en een groot hart voor Erasmus+."
(Translation: "Dear Erasmussian, Congratulations! Your Erasmus+ project, which ended in 2025, was so good that it deserves an Epos quality label. This is only possible because of your hard work, daily commitment, and a big heart for Erasmus+.")
This recognition is a wonderful confirmation of our hard work in bringing agile learning methods to schools across Europe.
What we have achieved The goal of Agile4Collaboration was to introduce educators to agile values and principles to promote self-directed learning. Thanks to our dedication and the dedication of our partners (K8 Institut für strategische Ästhetik, PRO WORK, RHIZO, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV)), we have delivered concrete results that we are very proud of:
- A theoretical Agile Learning Handbook.
- The Agile Learning Design Toolbox, filled with practical working materials.
- A digital tool to facilitate agile peer-to-peer learning.
- An online community where education professionals can share expertise.
This recognition greatly motivates us to continue our mission: creating education that aligns more closely with the natural way people learn.
Why Agile4Collaboration stood out
According to our final report, the project was highly effective in achieving its core objectives. Specifically, the project focused on "Self-Directed Agile Education for Resilient and Inclusive Collaboration".
The report confirms that the project "contributed in a collaborative, agile way, to the development of Agile Learning in Europe". Achieving the 'Success Story' status means that our efforts reached the highest European standards for quality and impact.
Looking ahead
This recognition greatly motivates us to continue our mission. As the Epos team suggested, we hope this label serves as a "source of inspiration for more project ideas." We remain committed to creating education and a society that aligns more closely with the natural way people learn and live: through intention, creation, reflection, and sharing.
