Join the Skills+ 3.0 competition: Empowering youth with disabilities in the ICT sector

At CollectiveUP, we believe in the power of skills, inclusion, and real-world learning to create opportunities for all. That’s why we’re thrilled to invite partners to Skills+ 3.0, a national competition designed to equip youth with disabilities with ICT skills and workplace experience—ultimately paving the way for a more inclusive labor market. That is why we are calling all organizations, educators, and change makers! 🚀

What is Skills+ 3.0?

Skills+ 3.0 is more than just a competition; it’s a transformative experience. Through a work-based learning approach, participants will:
‍
✅ Gain hands-on experience in ICT-related tasks
✅ Develop both hard and soft skills to boost employability
✅ Compete in a dynamic environment to showcase their talent
‍

‍The national competition will take place in September or October 2025, and the winning team will move on to the international competition in the Netherlands (May–August 2026)—representing Belgium on a global stage! 🌍
