CollectiveUP pushes innovation in 5 Horizon Europe proposals

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that CollectiveUP is riding a powerful wave of innovation this autumn! We have proudly partnered in the submission of five ambitious proposals for the prestigious Horizon Europe funding programme.

This incredible achievement is a testament to the power of collaboration and our commitment to driving meaningful change. On September 16th, we contributed to four proposals for Cluster 2: Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society. Following this, on October 2nd, we joined a groundbreaking proposal for Cluster 4: Digital, Industry and Space.

A huge congratulations and thank you to all the outstanding coordinators and consortium partners for their hard work, visionary ideas, and trust in our expertise. We are honoured to be part of these teams aiming to shape a better future for Europe and beyond.

Driving cultural and social transformation

Horizon Europe Cluster 2 is the very DNA of CollectiveUP. It’s where our passion for a more inclusive, creative, and democratic society comes to life. We are excited to be part of these four missions:

• 🎨 ARTISAN.AI: Pioneering a new paradigm of artist-driven AI art. This project empowers European visual artists to co-create the future of AI, ensuring that new generative tools are transparent, ethical, and aligned with human creativity.

• 🏙️ CitiSens: Leading a paradigm shift in inclusive urban transformation. By structurally embedding neurodivergent perspectives, we're co-creating cities that are empathetic, equitable, and responsive to the full diversity of human experience.

• 🗳️ EUthACT: Empowering a new generation of active European citizens. This project is strengthening democratic resilience through innovative, action-oriented citizenship education for youth across the continent.

• 🌐 HERITOR: Investigating the evolution of culture in a virtualising world. How do virtual environments reshape our traditions, values, and beliefs? HERITOR seeks to ensure that our digital future enriches, rather than dilutes, our cultural life.

These proposals are not just projects — they are movements that reflect our belief in a Europe where inclusion, creativity, and collaboration drive systemic change.

We are proud to be the Work Package Leader for Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation in:

• ⚡ RapidAI: Advancing the development of trustworthy and efficient Generative AI systems. This project is creating robust software engineering toolkits to ensure AI is secure, fair, and regulation-ready for sectors like manufacturing, robotics, and finance.

Leading the communication and exploitation efforts in a high-tech project like RapidAI highlights our unique skill: we don’t just understand the what; we master the how of making innovation understandable, accessible, and impactful for society.
