FutureEd
FutureEd (Project full title: Co-Creating Rights-Centered Education for a Sustainable Future) empowers schools across Europe to integrate human rights, children’s rights, and digital rights into everyday teaching and learning. By co-creating resources with teachers, students, and rights advocates, the project strengthens democratic participation, builds digital rights literacy, and promotes European values such as dignity, inclusion, and equity. Through collaboration with networks like EUDEC and digital engagement platforms, FutureEd transforms schools into rights-centric learning spaces that prepare young people for an ethical and sustainable future.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme under project number: KA210-SCH-47F5E446
Project Impact
FutureEd drives systemic change by embedding rights-centered practices into schools. The project enhances teacher capacity, equips students with practical knowledge on human and digital rights, and builds a cross-border network of “Rights-Centric Schools.” By combining guides, fieldwork exchanges, and open-access resources, FutureEd fosters civic engagement, intercultural dialogue, and democratic participation. The impact extends beyond classrooms—creating ripple effects that strengthen communities and align education with EU values and priorities.
