About this event

The Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (www.uoc.edu), in collaboration with host CollectiveUP (www.collectiveup.be), is organising a one-day matchmaking event in Belgium in the beautiful city of Ghent to boost the participation of UOC research groups in European-funded projects with international collaborators. Supported by EU Next Generation funding*, the event aims at generating new working synergies with other European entities and experts, and at exploring participation in upcoming European initiatives such as Horizon Europe, New European Bauhaus Movement and Missions, Erasmus+, and the EC Programme Citizens, Equality, Values and Rights.

The event invites known friends across Europe – and newcomers – to set the bases for future EC joint endeavors. It will be an interdisciplinary session for researchers and entities, designed for gaining knowledge of each others’ complementary scientific, economic, social, policy, and technological strengths and potential for working together.

The event is free of charge yet face-to-face spaces are limited. For folks unable to attend, we will also be providing video access to folks who want to make their “pitches” for possible collaborations. So, get in touch with us now to book your time.
