How can digital adoption contribute to the longer-term development of social economy organisations? This question framed the third and final session of the DIGISET closing learning series, held online within the Impact Hub EU Cluster.

Following the earlier focus on organisational needs and practical support methods, the closing session turned to digital growth initiatives and their relevance to the social economy.

The series connected three complementary perspectives:

- Understanding needs: recognising the barriers that SMEs and enabling organisations face

- Supporting adoption: connecting tool choices with staff capacity, resources and workable processes

- Looking towards growth: considering how digital initiatives can support service delivery and organisational development

For Impact Hubs, this progression provides a useful basis for shaping support around the circumstances of each organisation. Digital growth begins with a clear purpose, a realistic scope and the capacity to maintain new ways of working.

The closing session completed the three-part learning sequence and provided a reference point for further exchange across the Impact Hub Network.
