Workshop recap

The DIGISET and RE-WORK projects joined forces for an international online event exploring new ways of working, learning and digital innovation. The event brought together participants interested in how agile methods, artificial intelligence and innovative learning approaches are reshaping work and organisations.

After a welcome by the consortium and an introduction to the event’s objectives, the RE-WORK project presented its aims, impact, key results and innovative approaches. In a second session, RE-WORK demonstrated its learning modules and pathways, together with the tools and resources it has developed, and discussed opportunities for learners, entrepreneurs and professionals, as well as its future activities.

The DIGISET sessions were delivered by Liliana Carrillo, CEO and Founder of CollectiveUP and coordinator of the DIGISET project. In the first, she addressed Agile project management, agile learning, artificial intelligence and the future of work. In the second, she showcased how CollectiveUP uses a range of generative AI tools in its daily work, giving participants a concrete view of how AI can be integrated into organisational practice. A networking break between the sessions gave participants time to connect and exchange experiences.

The event closed with key takeaways and a discussion of future collaboration opportunities. It showed how cooperation between European projects can extend the reach of their results, and reinforced DIGISET’s mission of supporting practical, responsible digital transformation across the social economy.
