<p class="p_desc">From September 30 to October 1, Cluj-Napoca hosted Europe’s digital innovation community for the Digital Transformation Experience 2025 (DTX2025).</p>‍

<p class="p_desc">Cluj IT played an active role in delivering a two-day transformative Coaching and mentoring experience for 26 SMEs from 6 European countries at Digital Transformation Experience 2025 (DTX2025) in Cluj-Napoca.</p>

<p class="p_desc">Through the DigiSet project, our mission was clear: move from strategy to implementation and provide SMEs with concrete tools, expert guidance, and tailored mentoring to accelerate their digital journey.</p>

<h4 class="h4_desc">Day 1 – Strategy, Vision & European Collaboration</h4>

<p class="p_desc">The first day brought together key actors from Europe’s digital innovation ecosystem for high-level discussions on governance in the digital age, the strategic role of EDIHs, cybersecurity as a foundation of trust, and AI as a driver of societal impact.</p>

<p class="p_desc">For participating SMEs, this meant exposure to European best practices, policy direction, and innovation frameworks, setting the strategic context for sustainable digital growth. The day concluded with applied coaching sessions, including a Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA), which helped companies evaluate their current position and identify clear next steps.</p>

<h4 class="h4_desc">Day 2 – Coaching, Mentoring & Applied Solutions</h4>

<p class="p_desc">The second day was fully dedicated to hands-on support under the DigiSet framework.</p>

<p class="p_desc">Cluj IT delivered tailored Coaching and Mentoring sessions focusing on:</p>

<p class="p_desc">- Digitalization strategies to increase SME competitiveness</p>

<p class="p_desc">- AI integration through applied demonstrations and B2B workshops</p>

<p class="p_desc">- Cybersecurity solutions designed for practical, immediate implementation</p>

<p class="p_desc">- Innovation pathways for collaboration with the public sector</p>

<p class="p_desc">Through direct interaction with experts, structured mentoring, and matchmaking, participating companies received actionable roadmaps, not just ideas but concrete tools for growth. DTX2025 proved that digital transformation is not a one-day conversation and ensured it became a structured, supported, and measurable journey for European SMEs.</p>
