As part of the DIGISET project, the DIGISET Collaboration Lab brought together social economy organisations and carefully selected digital solution providers for an online session dedicated to peer learning, collaboration and partnership building. The Lab responded to a challenge many social enterprises face in their digital journey: finding the right technology partner.

The session opened with inspiring talks on AI and digital innovation. Bryan Cassady, Founder of GenOrg.ai, author of The Generative Organization and an AI keynote and TEDx speaker who has trained more than 40,000 professionals worldwide, spoke about moving from AI hype to measurable impact and embedding AI into organisational strategy. Liliana Carrillo, CEO and Founder of CollectiveUP and coordinator of the DIGISET project, presented practical pathways for responsible digital transformation in the social economy, drawing on her experience of building partnerships between technology providers and mission-driven organisations across Europe.

In the Digital Solutions Spotlight, technology providers introduced practical digital and AI solutions designed to support social economy organisations. Participants then joined facilitated small-group discussions, moderated by Kseniia Gavrilina, Programme Lead at the Impact Hub Network, where they exchanged experiences, discussed real digital challenges and identified opportunities for collaboration. The session closed with shared reflections and information on how DIGISET supports follow-up introductions and collaborations.

By creating a direct meeting space for social enterprises and digital solution providers, the Collaboration Lab reinforced DIGISET’s mission of strengthening partnerships, digital capacity and long-term competitiveness in the social economy across Europe.
