<p class="p_desc">As part of the Second National Capacity Building Event of the DIGISET project, Cluj IT Cluster welcomed representatives of social economy organizations and social SMEs to Cluj Innovation Days 2026, held on 28–29 May in Cluj-Napoca.</p>

<p class="p_desc">Under the theme "Skills in the AI Era," participants explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping organizations, jobs, and society through practical learning sessions, expert discussions, and networking opportunities. The DIGISET delegation, coordinated by Mihaela Aluaș and Andreea Cordon, was fully integrated into the event, creating valuable opportunities for social enterprises to connect with technology experts, researchers, policymakers, and innovators.</p>

<p class="p_desc">A key highlight was the AI Discovery Workshop, delivered by Dr. Radu Orghidan, which introduced practical AI applications, real-world use cases, and strategies to help social enterprises leverage AI for greater efficiency, innovation, and impact.</p>

<p class="p_desc">Participants also joined keynote sessions and panel discussions on responsible AI, the future of work, Deep Tech, and Europe's digital transformation, including valuable contributions from Carl Mörch of FARI – AI for the Common Good Institute, a DIGISET project partner.</p>

<p class="p_desc">By fostering collaboration between social economy organizations and the wider innovation ecosystem, the event reinforced DIGISET's mission of supporting the digital transformation, resilience, and long-term competitiveness of the social economy across Europe.</p>
